8. The onion:
The onion is another vegetable that is very good for health, but it is better to avoid eating too often when you suffer from the stomach. The reason is simple: when one consumes onion, the latter tends to ferment in our stomach. In passing, a decrease in muscle tone that prevents acid ascensions, and possible heartburn.
