The Wim-Hof technique

Despite its weird appellation, the Wim-Hof technique has its own magical effects on your body, soul, and mind. It is indeed through this technique that your body inhales great amounts of oxygen.

The fact that your lungs have access to enough air is one factor which contributes to doubling the feelings of calmness and relaxation. Start by taking 30 breaths; breathe in but don’t fully breathe out, then pause the breath for as much as you can.

After this, breathe out deeply and repeat the inhalation process for 10 seconds before you exhale once again. You could repeat the entire exercise 3 times.
