Calming breathing technique

The use of handy breathing techniques to calm down is recommended. Sometimes, as you are home, at work, or simply outside, you feel suddenly the need to freeze everything and everyone around you to feel spiritual and mental serenity.

The calm breath exercise can help you in the process. Just breathe in for 2 counts, hold for three counts, then breathe out for four counts with lips pursed.

You will feel the blood running through the veins, plus your nervous system can be relaxed and calm. You can perform the breathing exercise anytime you wish under one condition: be in a quiet spot!
