Some people have minor breathing problems symptoms they can quickly and effectively deal with at home with the performance of some good exercises. If the breathing issues are far more dangerous to be dealt with this way, medical intervention would be recommended.
As for now, if you want to sit back, not stressed out and pretty calm, try the simple equal breathing technique. As the name suggests itself, you have to breathe in and breathe out equally.
To illustrate, do four counts and breathe in, then make another four counts and breathe out. This is what is meant by ‘equal breath’. Some therapists advise people to level up the breath counts to six or eight.
