The yoga techniques of breathing are globally recognized for their assistance in isolating the human soul in a bubble away from all sorts of noises, literally and metaphorically. These breathing techniques help you reach a high level of mental concentration and spiritual serenity.

This is the magic of the retained breath exercise too. First, try to relax the abdominal muscles with a hand placed on the stomach. Second, breathe in deeply through the nose and feel the air, tickling the deepest point in the lungs.

Once you reach the peak of the inhalation process, take a break and breathe out deeply. This is one of the greatest meditation breathing exercises ever.
