The present technique is based on sitting in a comfy, stress-free spot and dedicating five seconds to take into your lungs as much as you can of air.
Following this, make sure you pause the breath for 2 seconds, then you can resume breathing out for another five seconds. The recommended number of times to repeat this exercise ranges from 3 to 10 times.
