There is a debate over eggs between people who want to lose weight. Some of them believe that eggs are not good because they contain a large number of fats, while others find it necessary to be added to the diet.
According to a study, people who consume eggs for breakfast are more likely to eat fewer calories during the day, therefore, lose weight. Also, they conducted an experiment on two groups of people who want to lose weight.
The first one ate traditional breakfasts that include cereal and toast, while the other group had eggs for breakfast. The second group ended up losing 65% more weight than the first group.
