Don’t drink enough water can make you believe that you are hungry, when in reality you are thirsty. Before eating, try to drink a glass of water. If it turns out that after that the gurgles in your stomach fade, it means that you were not really hungry, but very thirsty. Listen to your body!

Tip: Know how to differentiate hunger from hunger: if you are hungry outside meals, it is certainly your body that demands water. To solve this problem, allow yourself a snack, but prefer a fruit rich in fiber and especially water. And drink more often!
