7. Muscle cramps:
Water helps preserve the cartilage between your joints and will wear out less. A lack of water can cause osteoarthritis: engorged with water, the cartilages are smooth and the joint slips perfectly.
But with dehydration, they harden and become rough. Each movement triggers abrasion, and the ensuing inflammation triggers the onset of osteoarthritis.
Tip: Drink, drink, drink water! Also avoid sugar and banish sodas very bad for health.
