1. Thirst – the great classic:
This seems obvious, but thirst is another sign that you don’t drink enough water. Listen to your body! Don’t wait to be thirsty before drinking as this may mean that your body is already becoming dehydrated. Know that a constant thirst can also be a symptom of diabetes. Moisten often and, if your feeling of thirst does not fade, consult your doctor.
