Challenging yourself in everyday life can help keep your brain alert. It works pretty much like doing daily tasks backward.
Here are some activities to help people with Alzheimer’s get back to their normal life:
✔ Take the stairs rather than the elevator.
✔ Volunteer to help people in need.
✔ Start working on a new project at work.
✔ Pick a new hobby or get crafty.
✔ Do a paper crossword.
