Exercise is good for both your physical and brain health. Engaging in physical activities on a regular basis can do wonders in enhancing brain function as well as maintaining a healthy body.
This doesn’t mean you should work out every day or exhaust your body. You can only do half an hour of cardio about three times per week to improve blood flow to the brain, which promotes the growth of new brain cells.
Although the word cardio seems a bit scary, it only means that you should increase your heart rate by going for walks, playing a game with your dog, or riding a bicycle. Nothing too stressful!
