Eating many fruits a day such as apples, pears, oranges, bananas, among others, just because it is natural and comes directly from the trees does not benefit your diet because the fruit has so much sucrose and it adds a lot of calories to any balanced diet.

Having a snack in the middle of the morning and one in the afternoon is undoubtedly a strategy that will bring you many dividends to your eating plan. However, these snacks should be varied and mixed with fruit, nuts, natural yogurt, bread with seeds, among other food options. Only then can you get the best results from your diet.
