The key to losing weight is to eat a lot (quite often over the course of a day and in small quantities) and not the other way around. Don’t think that by not eating – like when you skip an important meal – you will lose more weight, it will only slow down your metabolism – only with a fast metabolism, you can lose weight.
Eat several small meals throughout the day: start with breakfast, brunch, lunch, snack, dinner, and supper. The idea is not to spend more than 3 hours without eating, so your metabolism stays working and you lose more weight.
