Although there are factors that determine the speed or slowness of the metabolism rate of each person, such as gender, age, weight, genetics, stress, muscle volume, amount of exercise, among other factors, there are several ways to get your metabolism to work faster to lose more weight:

• Always have breakfast

• Eat several times throughout the day and preferably every 3 hours.

• Exercise regularly and rest after that.

• Eat energy foods

• Drink plenty of water and in the recommended amount.

• Always be on the move or in psychological activity (walking, playing games, reading a book or listening to music, among other fun hobbies).

• Have a complete night’s sleep.
