It is obvious that anyone who wants to lose weight needs to do regular physical exercises to burn off the fat that is accumulated in the body and to feel more active and fulfilled in performing their daily activities. However, it is wrong to think that the more you train, the more weight you will lose.

This does not really happen because the body needs to be comfortable and rest when it is pulled to the limit. If you are always pushing your body with exercise after exercise, your central nervous system will sag and eventually produce stress hormones.

In addition, overtraining and constantly pushing the body to the limit can weaken the immune system and make it more prone to disease, as well as muscle injuries and strains.
