This is one of the main factors why people have sleepless nights, and due to stressful jobs and life’s harsh situations, we can’t help but fall into a loop of stormy emotions, especially late at night.
So once you get off work, forget about all your tasks and issues, avoid watching the news, and don’t argue with anyone before bed. Also, don’t come close to sad books/movies or any stressful sports game.
Once you put your head on a pillow, make sure that all your emotions are positive and optimistic. Meditate or talk to a friend about happy things. Deal with the stressful emotions and situations the next day when you are well-rested.
