Napping

Same as exercising, napping can help your body positively, including your sleep, but only if you picked the right time. In order to sleep well, you have to nap between 1 PM and 4 PM, but if you napped in the evening, then prepare for a long sleepless night and an exhausting tomorrow.

To take a good advantage of napping, you should take it at one specific time every day, and don’t nap for more than one hour and 30 minutes.
