When it is one hour before your bedtime, switch your laptop off, put down your phone and any electronic device you own. Instead, pick up a printed book or use a device that will not be harmful to both your sleep and eyes.
Also, avoid doing any work in the evening, or you’ll end up lying in bed and thinking about all of your tasks. Just take a deep breath, clear your mind, think of a plan for a better tomorrow, and count the sheep.
