Any small amount of liquid before bed is healthy for your body, but drinking too much water will keep waking you up constantly every night, and therefore, having really dark circles around your eyes in the morning.
However, this doesn’t mean you should stop drinking water at night, you just need to watch the amount of liquid you let inside your body when it is getting close to your bedtime. According to doctors, a glass and a half of water is the normal amount for most people.
