With a boxing background, this exercise doesn’t only work on your arms and back but it also serves as an upper-body warms up. This will enhance both coordination and speed.
– To start, stand with your feet a bit wider than the length of your hips while bending your knees a little.
– Bring your arms up and punch with your left arm.
– Go back to the first position and punch with your right arm.
– Continue switching arms for 1 minute.
– Repeat this exercise 3 times with short breaks of about 30 seconds.
