This is a wonderful full-body exercise that strengthens the back, chest, abs, and triceps, as well as it enhances flexibility and posture.
– While holding dumbbells, lie on your back with your knees bent at a 90-degree angle and arms over your chest.
– Join your arms over your chest and raise your legs while pulling up your shoulders off the ground.
– Go back to the first position and repeat for 45 seconds.
– Repeat this exercise 3 times with short breaks of about 30 seconds.
