Push-ups are armpit fat’s worst enemy! Daily push-ups daily will work wonders. You can start with knee push-ups if you can’t handle the standard position yet.

– Get down into the push-up position.

– Bring your chest down to the ground slowly and concentrating on working your back muscles.

– Push back up and repeat for 45 seconds.

– Repeat this exercise 3 times with short breaks of no more than 30 seconds.
