This is one of the best back exercises! In fact, it perfectly works back stabilizing muscles.
– Lay face down with your arms stretched up beside your head.
– Use your body and glutes to pull up your legs, chest, and arms off the mat, joining your palms to face one another.
– Stay still for 20 seconds, then slowly go back to the initial position.
– Repeat this exercise 3 times with short breaks of about 30 seconds.
