This simple exercise will strengthen your upper and middle back while helping you maintain healthy posture and improving the symmetry of your core.
– Hold dumbbells or the barbell as you stand up.
– Try to bring up the barbell to the level of your chest.
– Slowly bring it back down.
– Continue for 1 minute.
– Repeat this exercise 3 times with short break of about 30 seconds.
