#5 – Fruit Yogurt
It doesn’t matter how far you stay away from “unhealthy” yogurts because, at the end, you will end up consuming the ones that are drenched in corn syrup, sugar, and starch. That’s a fact!
If you are diabetic, please avoid any yogurt because most of them contain artificial sweeteners which can spike up your insulin. It is true that yogurt is one of the best options when it comes to snacking.
But, what’s the point if they will still provide us with the same amount of unhealthy sugar that we don’t need. In any case, avoid fruit snacks, and if you really enjoy them then you can add your own fresh fruits to your favorite vanilla flavor.
