#2 – Cereal
Most people enjoy eating cereal in the morning because it is easy to make, cheap, and “healthy”. But, I think it is time to change your breakfast routine.
Obviously, the sugary cereals that are made for children are unhealthy. But, even the healthy brands that are supposedly full of notorious contain an equal amount of sugar. This is because the manufactures destroy the original vitamins in order to add their preservatives.
However, even if you find cereals that still can keep most of their healthy original ingredients, the whole food for breakfast is always the better option.
