#6 – Pretzels
Let’s all agree first on the fact that pretzels are better snacks than chips. This reality may hurt our soul but it is true. However, eating pretzels means giving your body nothing but empty calories, there are no vitamins, protein, fiber or minerals. It is like you are chewing delicious air that somehow will make you gain more weight only. Oh, and make you full, too!
Also, if you like to eat the salted pretzels, then you are only injecting salt directly into your bloodstream. Is it worth it? You are the only one who can answer this question.
