I know, the juice still contains fruits which are basically healthy and very beneficial. But, have you ever thought what happens to all nutritious when you mix them?

Here is the truth: after mixing them with sugar or any ingredient of your choice, the number of empty calories and sugar just wipe off all the benefits. In fact, if you drink coke daily, you won’t be adding the same amount of sugar, carbs, and calories that are found in fruit juice.

Drinking a fresh fruit juice makes feel all healthy and energized, but the truth is we have been fooled all along. You can eat the fruits directly instead, while drinking water, maybe? That could taste the same.
