Did you know that a 20-ounce bottle of ginger ale can have a whopping 60 g of carbs? That’s just too much and you should seriously start considering giving up this beverage unless you made it yourself.
You can easily have a better and richer flavor without any sugar or carbs by mixing a spoonful of ginger (finely grated) with one glass of seltzer water. Add a little bit of the zero-calorie sugar substitute of your choice, and enjoy!
