#3 – Orange Juice
Orange Juice is refreshing and tastes so good, but with 26 g of carbs in one cup, it would be much better for you to simply eat a whole orange instead. The fiber content in orange will help keep you full.
But if you really want to drink it, consider trying a light orange-flavored fruit drink. Look for a brand that contains 15 calories, 3 grams of carbs, and 100% of your necessary daily intake of vitamin C.
#4 – Chai Latte
What’s not to love about this sweet, fragrant, spicy, and creamy drink? You probably didn’t know that the typical coffee shop version includes a scary 33 g of carbs. But you can easily make your own much lighter Chai Latte.
Simply let soak 1 or 2 chai tea bags in a cup of almond milk (make sure it’s unsweetened), and then add cinnamon and black pepper for richer flavor. That’s a very tasty and warm treat with the minimum carbs (less than 1 gram!)
