#7 – Get Enough Sleep
In fact, many studies show that sleep deprivation can lead to an increased appetite, which means an increased hunger and cravings for high-carb and high-calorie foods, therefore, a remarkable increase in calorie intake and weight gain.
So, establishing a healthy sleep schedule can make a great difference in your body, mind, and soul. At least sleep not less than eight hours a night and also forget not to eat well and regularly exercise. Remember !! losing weight is not about diet rather about a healthy lifestyle!
