Did you know that exercising early in the morning before even taking breakfast can actually help you shed more weight? Well, now you know. So, don’t hesitate to make it your most favorite habit.

The Journal of Physiology published a study where researchers tried to closely examine two categories of participants after stuffing them with hefty breakfast. One category exercised before even taking the breakfast while the other exercised after the breakfast.

The results were quite shocking as the former category gained no weight while the latter did gain the extra weight. Based on these results, researchers said that exercising before eating encourages and promotes the weight loss and the healthy shape.
