8. Honey
Many people put honey in the refrigerator, but it only thickens it fiercely, in addition, to crystallize it (even after opening). This sweet substance does not require cooling or freezing to stay good. Unless you like to eat cold honey, you can put this gilded ingredient in the carefree pantry.
If you want to thicken cold honey, you can place the open pot in a pot of hot water. It will regain a soft and fluid texture, ready to trickle on your bread or yogurt.
