– Like you are praying, kneel your body forwards.
– Stand on the right knee and bend it at 90° angle.
– Stretch the left leg while balancing your body on your toes.
– Lean your body to one side.
– Try to face forward to have a better balance.
– Hold that pose for 30 seconds.
