If you want the abs to start peaking out, then this is the position for it because it will make them work harder to balance the body. This is another position that is hard to do at first, but again, practice makes perfect. How to do it:

– Sit on the floor while your knees bent and your feet flat.
– Put your arms behind your back slowly.
– Lift your body to your knees and head form a straight line.
– Stay in this position for 30 seconds.
– Go back to your starting position slowly in order to not hurt your back.
