The tree pose is perfect for balancing your body and strengthening your muscles. You don’t need to be working out to do this pose, whenever you can, strike it, and with practice, you will be perfect at it. Also, it is very beneficial when it comes to meditation.

How to do it:

– Stand perpendicularly.
– Put your left foot on the inside of your right hip.
– Put your hands and arms in the praying pose.
– Smile (from your heart).
– Hold the tree pose for 1 minute.

Try to focus on one thing and look towards one direction in order to not lose balanced while doing this pose. It will be hard at first, but slowly you will be good at it.
