#7 – Cirrhosis
Cirrhosis is when the liver suffers from a long-term scarring and damage that may be caused by a kidney disease, hepatitis, or a chronic alcoholism. The liver’s job is to deliver healthy blood to the heart and throughout the body. The more damaged it becomes; the harder it works, leading the organ to shut down causing death.
Avoiding a long-term use of alcohol will prevent your liver from developing Cirrhosis. Also, following a healthy diet based on fruits and vegetable helps reduce the risk of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
Most importantly, avoid sharing anything that could have traces of blood, like razors and toothbrushes, and always use protection during intimate interactions.
Thank you!
