#4 – Respiratory Cancers
Living in a polluted area or choosing to smoke regularly will cause respiratory cancers such as trachea, bronchus, and lungs. According to a 2015 study, 4 million people die annually because of these diseases. In developed countries, the rate of respiratory cancers increased by a whopping 81% to 100% because of smoking and pollution.
If you are a smoker, you are at a high risk of developing lung cancer. Aside from the poisoned air and the smokes, if your family has a history of carrying this disease, there is a high chance of you carrying it as well. However, early detection of the illness and avoiding tobacco and polluted air will reduce the symptoms.
Thank you!
