#6 – Grocery Bills
It is a fact that buying gluten-free foods are more expensive than regular food. So, why pay more for foods that can put your health in danger, while you can still be healthy and not ruining your average grocery bill?
Plus, if you really interested to dive through that path, then there are many foods that are naturally gluten-free like fish, meat, vegetables, dairy, beans, and seeds.
A healthy lifestyle with wallet-friendly delicious meals is a better and smarter decision to follow, ignore the trends and don’t attempt following any diet before consulting your nutritionist.
where is the science to back up this statement? I see no real correlation in anything I have studied between eating grains and being healthy…as it seems to cause inflammation among other symptoms. So far it appears a meat and leafy vegetable diet with berries/cherries is the healthiest for humans as our body uses fat for energy, proteins for muscle building and vitamins, and leafy vegetables found naturally round it out.
