By sticking to a gluten-free diet, you will end up bulking up your meals by adding more rice you, which means high amounts of Arsenic and Mercury. According to the Journal Epidemiology, those metals are very toxic and can cause many diseases such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

However, people who suffer from celiac disease can have many options rather than rice, they can occasionally swap it out for oats, corn, quinoa, and buckwheat. To people who don’t need gluten-free diets must stick normal meals and decrease their rice consumption.

  1. where is the science to back up this statement? I see no real correlation in anything I have studied between eating grains and being healthy…as it seems to cause inflammation among other symptoms. So far it appears a meat and leafy vegetable diet with berries/cherries is the healthiest for humans as our body uses fat for energy, proteins for muscle building and vitamins, and leafy vegetables found naturally round it out.
