Avoiding gluten can lead to vitamin B deficiency and iron which will affect your energy level and slow you down at work or while working out. So, in order to provide your body with all the needed nutrients, consume more vegetables, nuts, fruits, and lean protein as much as you can.

  1. where is the science to back up this statement? I see no real correlation in anything I have studied between eating grains and being healthy…as it seems to cause inflammation among other symptoms. So far it appears a meat and leafy vegetable diet with berries/cherries is the healthiest for humans as our body uses fat for energy, proteins for muscle building and vitamins, and leafy vegetables found naturally round it out.
