If you have any digestive problem, then you should try to avoid tea and coffee (sorry!). These drinks are classified as acidic drinks, and any acidic food or drink causes many digestive problems and must be avoided completely.

These are some of the acidic foods that should be avoided immediately in case you notice diarrhea or nausea: Oranges, tomato sauce, limes, lemons, biscuits, pork, salami, macadamia nuts, and couscous. It is very important to stay away from these foods, nothing is worse than a gassy tummy, especially during an important meeting or a date!
