Sometimes we find ourselves addicted to many sweet and salty foods, but our digestive system does not agree with us because they are hard to digest which is why we feel “sick” after eating a big amount of it.
Those salty and sweet foods (especially chocolate) may not only cause digestive problems but heartburns as well.
