Of course, there is an obvious relationship between the food we consume and our physical health, but the decisions we make to fuel our bodies up should not circle around whether it is healthy or delicious. It should also be about –is it going to change my mood? – Too.
When you eat way too many things, we feel so grumpy and out of it completely, but we mostly believe that it is only the food guilt. The reason turned out to be beyond that. Our brain chemistry is directly connected to food, and it is temporary.
But keep in mind that your mood would also affect your food choices, and that’s when you will fall into an endless circle.
