You just have to snack right. When you feel hungry between meals, it is okay to reach for a snack or two to stop the noise going coming out of your stomach. Just make sure that you reach for a healthy snack and nit an unhealthy one.

As a rule of thumb, make sure that your snacks are not processed, don’t have a lot of added sugar, and are not salty. If you follow this rule, just snack away.
