Who doesn’t love a good egg every morning? Some people have even become obsessed about eating them. However, any found themselves scared to eat them and had to exclude them from their diet because they believed the myth that warned of the dangers eating eggs has on the heart.

The culprit, they claimed, was cholesterol. However, a new study has shown that eating one egg a day decreases the chance of you developing some form of heart disease. Eggs are good after all for the heart!
