10. Balance your diet.
Diabetic patients should closely monitor what is on their plate. A healthy and varied diet is essential. Patients can eat everything, in a balanced way. You just need to pay a little more attention to fast sugars, and not consume too often high-fat foods, particularly saturated and processed fats and limit the consumption of high-salt foods: potato chips, deli meats, prepared or frozen foods, marinades, commercial sauces or soups, etc.
