Exercise 5: Rolling your eyes in a circle

Make sure to sit and relax, look to your left, and slowly start rolling your eyes in a circle in the same direction as a clock. Do it 5 times, and then roll your eyes in the opposite direction of the clock for 5 times. Each cycle must be repeated 3 times.
