Exercise 4: Moving your eyes diagonally

If you get easily dizzy, then it is best if you do this exercise while sitting down. Look straight ahead, down, to the left, move them both diagonally, up, and then to the right. Make sure you learn these moves by heart and then do them 5 times. Before repeating the same cycle, look straight ahead again. The entire cycle must be repeated 3 times.
